Bistro Burger

So, There are a lot of chef's and cooks out there that think bacon makes everything better but I think eggs make everything better! This burger was absolutely delicious!

Beef patties
frisee
dijon mustard
olive oil
shallot
bacon
and an overeasy egg
and some bacon drippings

Pan fry Beef, fry bacon, fry eggs, whisk dijon, olive oil, shallot, and bacon drippings to taste with some salt and pepper. toss dressing and shallots with some frisee and toast the buns. Layer as desired.
