Our fall was wonderful and had good time with friends and our first family holiday. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays passed down through my family. I love scary movies, dressing up as things or characters we love, candy and baked goods, snuggling in hoodies and drinking hot cider or tea. This year was no different. We went to a local cider mill with friends, the zoo has a huge pumpkin display with amazing carvings done, we carved our pumpkins while not as well but did our best none the less. I roasted pumpkin seeds and my friend made Riley pretty much one of the cutest costumes ever. She was my own little Starbucks latte. We came home after visiting friends on Halloween and watched scary movies, ate pizza and candy, and had a good first Halloween.
Now it's time to finish my Christmas shopping, send out our holiday cards, and turn on our heaters. Unfortunatly this year because of our move right before Christmas we won't get to decorate like we normally would but we will be with some family and I've already had some gifts ordered and being delivered to our next stop to open for eachother. It will be a much different Christmas but it will be our first with our baby girl. Hope everyone has a festive Holiday!
